$20.00 for orders between 2.0kg and 3.99kg
$30.00 for orders 4.0kg
$35.00 for orders 4.1kg

USA
USA shipping is flat rate of $35.00 CAD for orders under 4.1kg. $70.00 for orders 4.2 kg and over. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy, applying to regular priced items only.
All returns must be in their original condition except in the event of a manufacturer’s defect.
First time discount does not apply to Boots or Shoes.
Please contact Sparkle Chicks prior to sending the item to be returned. Once approved we will send the return address (to be used specifically for the returned item delivery shipping address).
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned item(s) is valued over $85.00 CAD, it is recommended that the delivery has been assigned a tracking number.
The actual refund may take up to 10 days as it is governed by the participating banking institutions and is beyond our control.
Please note that there are NO refunds on gift cards, sale items or promotional items. Due to local health regulations we do not accept returns on earrings, boot or shoes.
All sales are final for items advertised and purchased as ‘On Sale’. items. Only one discount can be applied. First time purchase 10% discount can only be applied to regular priced items only.
