Mailing

The Chicks cannot guarantee the quality of your delivery, nor are we responsible for packages lost, stolen and/or damaged during delivery.  Items will be sent within 1-3 business days as we may be at a market, thanks for your understanding in advance!


Shipping

Canada
$  12.00 for up to $50 (excluding booties and shoes). Booties and shoes a flat rate of $30.00 plus applicable surcharge for weight
$20.00 for up to $100.00 (excluding booties and shoes). Booties and shoes a flat rate of $30.00 plus applicable surcharge for weight.

$30.00 over $100.00, plus applicable surcharge for weight.

USA
USA shipping is flat rate of $30.00 CAD (excluding booties and shoes) Booties and shoes a flat rate of $35.00, plus applicable surcharge for weight. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

International Shipping
Email us Chicks for shipping rates and all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy, applying to regular priced items only.

All returns must be in their original condition except in the event of a manufacturer’s defect.

First time discount does not apply to Boots or Shoes.

Please contact Sparkle Chicks prior to sending the item to be returned. Once approved we will send the return address (to be used specifically for the returned item delivery shipping address).

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned item(s) is valued over $85.00 CAD, it is recommended that the delivery has been assigned a tracking number.

The actual refund may take up to 10 days as it is governed by the participating banking institutions and is beyond our control.

Please note that there are NO refunds on gift cards, sale items or promotional items. Due to local health regulations we do not accept returns on earrings.

All sales are final for items advertised and purchased as ‘On Sale’. items. Only one discount can be applied. First time purchase 10% discount can only be applied to regular priced items only.

Wear and Tear

Leather products – you may use a leather care product which cleans, conditions, protects and promotes the life of your product.

Cowhide products – Hair on Hide products – please note hair on hide is a natural product and will wear under normal conditions.
